I’m Frank Palombo, the proud owner of FX Home Services LLC.

For years, my career goals have always revolved around helping others, and as a home inspector, I want to help buyers make informed decisions when purchasing a house. However, my career didn’t begin right away as an inspector. I started in the construction industry in 2012 and then progressed into home inspections in 2018.

I decided to shift gears as I noticed many of my clients were people in need of home renovations and repairs right after purchasing a house. This often puts them into difficult financial situations and robbed them of the joys of homeownership.

By offering home buyers insights into the state of a property before they purchase it, I could help them avoid buying a money pit. This inspired me to take on home inspections, and in 2019, I also delved into the real estate market.

I enjoy educating my clients and helping them make smart decisions. I especially like hunting for facts by minutely examining houses for faults and flaws. My business is built on trust and communication, and I do my best to clearly deliver the facts to my clients.

My experience and education in construction gives me an edge over other inspectors and also enables me to advise clients about the repairs they’ll need to shoulder if they plan on purchasing a flawed house.

Clients love that I can provide them with a clear picture of their real estate choices. By doing what I do, I allow them to see exactly what they are getting into and understand if it is something they want to commit to.

When I am not inspecting houses or educating clients about structural flaws, I like spending time with my family. I also dedicate time to educating myself and networking with clients, professionals, and interesting individuals.
