As a first time home buyer, I was concerned at the type of inspection I should get done but after speaking with Frank, he explained and clarified the different types of home inspections there were and provided us with a recommendation. Frank completed a thorough and detailed inspection for us and provided us with the results in a timely manner. The inspection report even had pictures and was broken down into easily readable and reference-able. He arrived on time (earlier than me) and started immediately! He was very knowledgeable and addressed every question we had. I’d definitely recommend using his services him during your home buying process or for your general needs. Pricing is listed on his website and for all first time home buyers, I’d recommend including all of the services for a full inspection.

Frank performed a very thorough inspection pointing out issues with details and knowledge while explaining what the causes could have been for further analysis but he also points out the good things which is great so you dont walk out of the inspection all gloomy and feeling like you picked a total failure property.
